General

The website elyadharutzim.com ("the site") is operated by El Yad Harutzim Ltd, company no. 516998119 ("the company"). Use of the site, by any means, is subject to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the site.

This is a translation of the Hebrew terms. In case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.

Purpose of the site

The site presents general information about the company and its fields of activity: wholesale import and distribution, mining and resources, and metals trading. The site is not an online shop, and orders or payments cannot be made on it.

The company works with registered corporations and businesses only. Every transaction is made under a separate offer and agreement between the parties.

Information on the site

The information on the site, including data, figures, products, brands, availability and project descriptions, is intended for general impression only. It is not a binding offer, not a representation about prices, stock or timelines, and not advice of any kind, including investment advice.

The company strives to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or changes. The binding terms are those set out in the price quote and in a written agreement.

Brands and trademarks

The brand names, logos and trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners. The company acts as a parallel importer of some of the brands and is not the official representative of the brand manufacturers in Israel. The brands are shown to describe the products the company imports, and this does not indicate any business relationship, sponsorship or endorsement by the brand owners.

Intellectual property

All rights in the site and its content, including design, texts, images, videos, animations, code and the company's marks, belong to the company or to third parties that have licensed them to it. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written consent.

Permitted use

The site may not be used for any unlawful purpose, and no action may be taken that could harm the site or its operation, including automated scraping of content, attempts to break into systems, or distributing malware.

Links to other sites

The site includes links to third-party services, such as Gmail, Google Maps and social networks. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and the company is not responsible for their content or operation.

Liability

The site is provided as is. The company does not undertake that the site will operate without interruptions or faults, and will not be liable for damage resulting from use of the site or reliance on its information, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Accessibility

The company works to make the site accessible to people with disabilities. Full details and ways to contact us are in theaccessibility statement.

Changes to the terms

The company may update the terms from time to time. The binding version is the one shown on the site at the time of use, and the date of the last update appears at the top of the page.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the site are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel.
